Florida private Christian school teacher arrested for ‘twerking’ on student, pressuring him to drink alcohol

(The AEGIS Alliance) – An age 39 now former teacher who worked for a Christian private school in Perry, Florida was apprehended following her actions of apparently “twerking” on an adolescent pupil and also pressuring the boy into consuming alcoholic beverages at a prom.

On April 8, Julie Hoover purportedly attempted to force the straw coming from her mug into the mouth of the victim, WCTV-TV reported. School employees apparently stored liquor in the back area to drink after the prom, according to WBBH-TV.

The student victim informed police that Hoover had been “twerking” on him while they were on the prom dance floor and stated he felt uncomfortable about it. There were witnesses at the event who apparently made an effort to stop the educator a number of times.

Authorities arrested Hoover on September 6 and discharged her that same day, jail records indicate. Julie Hoover was apparently charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor as well as for being an authority figure who solicited or participated in salacious acts with a student.

Records reveal that Julie Hoover was likewise apprehended back in June. She hd purportedly been sexting with an age 18 senior from the school and victim’s mom discovered the explicit text messages.

The victim’s mom apparently informed the cops that she strongly believed Hoover had been attempting to slip the pupil into her residence while her hubby was working.

Julie Hoover was an educator at Point of Grace Christian. The school sent out a letter that in part reads “Mrs. Hoover is a former teacher with Point of Grace Christian. We will not provide further information on her employment or departure from our school.”
