Brian Warner, whose stage name is Marilyn Manson is a wanted man in the city of Gilford, New Hampshire on suspicion of a pair of misdemeanor offenses of physical assault, the city’s cops stated on Facebook.
A videographer who has not been identified claims Manson spit on their arm while they had been recording his concert at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion on August 18 in 2019, Manson’s lawyer said. The cops have only said that the assaults aren’t sexually related and that the videographer had been in the concert’s pit area.
Police pointed out that Manson and his attorney have known about the charges for a while now, yet Manson hasn’t gone back to New Hampshire to deal with it.
Howard King is Manson’s attorney, he said in a statement that the charges are “ludicrous,” and said Manson had actually been cooperating with authorities.
“This misdemeanor claim was pursued after we received a demand from a venue videographer for more than $35,000 after a small amount of spit came into contact with their arm. After we asked for evidence of any alleged damages, we never received a reply,” King stated. “This whole claim is ludicrous, but we remain committed to cooperating with authorities, as we have done throughout.”
In unconnected multiple cases, women that include two actresses named Evan Rachel Wood and Esmé Bianco, have claimed that age 52 rockstar Manson sexually assaulted and physically abused them. The allegations are currently under investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Some of Manson’s fans have argued that they believe the women willingly wanted to be treated that way.
