California Men Arrested After Young Girl Held Against Will, Sexually Assaulted

SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA On Sunday, three men were placed under arrest after it was believed a young girl had been kidnapped, held against her own will, and sexually assaulted at a home in Chino Hills. The three man had their first court appearance on Tuesday, San Bernardino County Court records show.

22 year old Chino Hills man Irving Ramon Galvan was arrested while at his house in the 4300 block of Los Serranos Boulevard at around 6:09 a.m., jail records reveal.

Investigators with the Ontario Police Department discovered the young girl at the home on Sunday after they received leads via a social media app, according to Sgt. Bill Russell.

Sgt. Bill Russell added that the unidentified girl had been reported missing to the Ontario Police Department one day earlier.

Irving Ramon Galvan has been booked into the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga and his bond amount has been set at $500,000, according to jail records.

Mr Galvan faces charges that include kidnapping a person under 14 years old with the intent to commit lewd and lascivious acts, also for the rape of a victim incapable of giving consent, and lewd and lascivious acts against a child under the age of 14, additionally he is charged with false imprisonment.

Ontario police also arrested Encino Limon during the investigation at around 2:15 p.m., a 21 year old man from Corona at the 1100 block of Garand Boulevard in Corona.

Mr Limon has been booked into the West Valley Detention Center on a $250,000 bond amount, he faces the felony charge of lewd and lascivious acts against a child under age 14.

A third man has also been arrested, 25 year old Eric Trejo of San Bernardino at about 1:07 a.m. in San Bernardino at the 3000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

Sgt. Russell said that, “Mr. Trejo is believed to have used a social media app to contact the same female. He has been arrested on the charge of contacting a minor with intent to commit a sexual offense.”

It is believed by investigators that these three suspects may have been in contact with additional victims.
