Boy’s Skeletal Remains Found In Texas Home With Malnourished Abandoned Siblings
(The AEGIS Alliance) – The skeletal remains of a young boy were discovered inside a Houston, Texas apartment in addition to 3 siblings who survived that looked to have been abandoned, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office initially wrote on Facebook.

The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services released a statement and noted it was requesting emergency situation guardianship of the 15-year-old teen as well as his 2 siblings “to ensure the safety of the children.” The request for emergency guardianship was readied to be submitted to a judge on Monday.
“Child Protective Services does have a history with the family, but there was no active CPS investigation at the time the children were discovered alone in their apartment,” the agency pointed out.
