911 dispatcher and sex offender fiancé arrested for raping and assaulting children

(The AEGIS Alliance) – An age 34 male suspect and his age 31 fiancé from Parkville Maryland are implicated in sexually assaulting many kids, a number of whom apparently lived in the same residence as them.

The Baltimore County Police Department announced on September 23 that investigators working for the department’s Crimes Against Children Unit apprehended 31-year-old Christopher Prunty as well as 34-year-old Francis Conda. Court documents indicate they’re both facing indictment on 12 charges, consisting of 3 counts of second-degree rape, 3 counts of sexual abuse of a minor, and more.

Prunty and Conda are both jailed with no bail. The attacks purportedly took place at some point between June 23 and July 27 in 2022.

WBAL-TV reports that Conda is employed as a 911 dispatcher for Baltimore County and owns a health care supply business. He additionally is a member of the Air Force Reserve. According to WBFF-TV, Prunty is a sex offender that has apparently been observed on the school grounds of a special needs institution attempting to pick students up.

Court records reveal that Conda and Prunty purportedly assaulted a 10-year-old, 13-year-old, and also a 14-year-old, however, there are other accusations that include a 6-year-old as well as a 9-year-old.

Prunty and Conda composed, “I miss you” on one kid’s underclothing and “I heart you” on yet another kid’s footwear. One kid apparently resided with other foster parents, but he apparently smelled like the cologne Prunty would use.

WJZ-TV reports that social workers headed to Prunty and Conda’s residence in July and took 2 kids out of there at the time. One child was apparently discovered in a bedroom with Prunty.

The two’s preliminary hearings are arranged to take place on October 28.
