55-year-old Fresno man Michael Martin was apprehended on Tuesday, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office stated in a press release.
The arrest had been made after investigators along with the Central Valley Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force obtained a search warrant for Martin’s residence and stated they uncovered greater than 1,000 DVDs consisting of video clips of kids being raped, according to the statement.
Electronic gadgets and also books having explicit images as well as video clips were likewise apparently discovered.
“Detectives consider this to be one of the largest collections of child pornography they have ever come across in an investigation. Detectives have not developed any information of Martin having physical contact with children,” the statement claimed.
Martin was immediately jailed and had been released after making bail.

He reacted to the reporters and said, “Go away.”
