Police Arrest Fontana California Man for Child Porn, Find Evidence of Domestic, Child Abuse
FONTANA, CALIFORNIA – A man in Fontana, California was placed under arrest on Tuesday following police suspecting he was in possession of child pornography.
The Fontana Police Department said 38 year old Jeremy Steven Nuckolls was arrested on Tuesday, December 10 after authorities executed a search warrant at his Fontana home on the 11600 block of Vale Vista Drive, KTLA 5 reported.
KTLA 5 reports that police discovered Mr Nuckolls was in possession of child pornography that police believe he was distributing online.
Not only was Mr Nuckolls booked by police for suspicions of possessing child pornography, but also for domestic violence and child abuse, according to KTLA 5.
Jail records reveal that Mr Nuckolls is currently being held at a detention center in the nearby city of Rancho Cucamonga, and his bail amount is set at $60,000.
There were no details released by authorities regarding the nature of the evidence that led investigators to find alleged child abuse and domestic violence, which may involve people living with or acquainted with Mr Nuckolls.
