TULARE, CALIFORNIA – A man has been sentenced to life in prison by a Tulare, California superior court justice for child molestation crimes.
25-year-old Francisco Cuevas pleaded guilty in August of 2019 to three counts of lewd acts upon multiple juvenile victims who were younger than 14 years old.
Mr Cuevas was sentenced to life in prison on Thursday, November 6, 2019, according to an announcement by authorities.
Mr Cuevas also gave a guilty plea to one count of sexually penetrating a child of 10 years old or younger.
The crimes happened in Tulare between December 2011 and January 2017 against four young victims who were females.
All four of these counts are considered to be felonies.
Cuevas must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, an additional requirement to the prison sentence.
Cuevas will not be able to file for parole for 45 years, according to current laws in California.
