Woman Wrecks Her Car to Get Popeye’s Chicken Sandwich

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA This may be the most expensive price paid yet for a Popeye’s Chicken Sandwich as far as money is concerned in this ongoing chicken craze.

A Los Angeles woman will likely pay thousands of dollars in car repairs after wrecking her vehicle at a drive-thru while attempting to secure her position in line.

Customers nearby recorded the incident on their smartphones, as two customers were in separate lines at the Popeye’s drive-thru on Monday in Los Angeles.

The two lines merged into one just before reaching the drive-thru for customers to be served.

The woman in a Mercedes attempted to pass up another driver so she could get into the single line, and smashed into barriers in the process, which scratched and dented her car.

The woman stayed in line and was able to get her Chicken Sandwich, according to the person who recorded the video.

One man in Maryland even recently lost his life after being stabbed to death over the sandwich obsession for cutting in line.

There was also a recent incident where Popeye’s manager called a female customer an “animal” and “stupid,” which led to the woman’s husband leaping over the counter and getting into a brawl with the employee. However, the confrontation was deemed to not be related to the Chicken Sandwich.

Is there some kind of an addictive substance in those Chicken Sandwiches? There have been wild stories since Popeye’s Chicken released the sandwich, halted sales of it, and then recently brought it back after restocking supplies two months later.

Wild stories include a man pulling out a gun after the food chain ran out of sandwich supplies.
