“Ultra-Patriotic” Texas woman crashes Fourth of July parade on tractor

(The AEGIS Alliance) – A woman in Texas described as being “ultra-patriotic” disregarded the cops’ warnings and rode her tractor straight into a parade for Fourth of July on Saturday, authorities said.

61-year-old Laurie Bostic was instructed to leave the parade in Rockwall due to worries that she’d been “causing a disturbance” near the Utley Middle School, according to a news release from police.

But rather than getting out of the area, Bostic compelled herself to get directly in the way of the parade.

The cops, concerned she was driving in a “dangerous way that she was operating her tractor,” ultimately forced Bostic off of the roadway, then she plowed her tractor into a fence.

Bostic is facing charges of evading arrest, disrupting a ceremonial gathering, disorderly conduct as well as unlawful mischief.
